PALMA GIN
The unique core flavour comes from the Mallorcan juniper berries capturing the subtle essence of the Mediterranean Sea. Almond flowers, foraged once a year before spring, combined with orange leaves and lavender, create a delicate floral scent and sweetness. These unique botanicals along with our core ingredients enhance the depth of flavour that is layered through the gin and brings a rounded taste that is true to the island of Mallorca.

The unique core flavour comes from Mallorcan citrus fruit including lemon, orange, lime and mandarin, grown and harvested by local farmers in the Tramuntana Mountains. The result is a refreshingly bright and sweet citrus gin with a perfectly smooth finish, gifting a taste of the island in every bottle.

BOTTLE 3
PALMA SPICED GIN
The unique flavour profile is created by ageing our original Gin recipe in Mallorcan oak barrels which had previously stored local organic red wine. Whilst it rests, we add fragrant spices such as cinnamon, vanilla, and cloves in stages. The result is a complex and full-flavoured gin that pushes the boundaries of tradition, gifting a taste of the island in every bottle.

Every bottle of Palma Vodka captures the subtle essence of the Mediterranean Sea using Mallorcan Sea Salt (Flor de Sal), resulting in a well-balanced, slightly sweet vodka with a distinct flavour profile. A premium product made exclusively from the island's local resources, our organic Palma Vodka evokes the sensations of the Mediterranean sea.

Flor de Sal
For centuries, Mallorca has been famous for its high-quality sea salt. The salt is harvested from the salt pans located in Es Trenc (in the south-east of the island) and slowly dried in the Mallorcan sun, a time-honoured procedure. Every crystal captures the Mediterranean essence thanks to Es Trenc's pure water, hot summer temperatures, and sea breezes.
