Palma Martini

Let's raise a toast to the classics! The Palma Vodka Martini is a spirit-forward suitable for royalty. It is a classic cocktail that will satisfy any connoisseur of cocktails.

Ingredients:
2 ½ oz (75ml) Palma Vodka
1/2 oz (15ml) dry vermouth
1 dash orange bitters
Garnish: olives or lemon twist

Method:
Add Palma vodka, dry vermouth and orange bitters into a mixing glass with ice and stir until very well-chilled, for about 20 to 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with olives or a lemon twist.
