Palma Bee’s Knees

A Palma Bee's Knees is a great drink for when you’re looking for something sweet, citrusy and refreshing. A classic cocktail from the Golden Age of Cocktails and is all about the delicious combination of honey, lemon, and orange juice.

Ingredients:
1.5 oz (50ml) Palma Vodka
1/2 oz (15ml) lemon juice
1/2 oz (15ml) orange juice
2 tsp honey
Garnish: orange peel

Method:
Pour the gin, lemon juice, honey and orange juice into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with an orange peel.
